When I said I couldn’t make a decision to become a customer right away, I would have to think about it and that I couldn’t talk at that time, Matt said I was making barriers and excuses. That was extremely rude and unprofessional. The first thing he should have asked was ‘was it a convenient time to talk’. That is a professional way to talk to prospective customers. Instead I was belittled just because I didn’t sign up immediately. Now I’m glad I didn’t if thats the way he treats his customers
