I love Optus. Thank you for calling to remind me that my bill is due and thank you for keeping my service active even though I have been late in paying for the reliable service that you provide me with.
Thank you for your professional customer service and for giving me early upgrades every time I need or want a new phone, even though I occasionally pay my bill late.

Thank you for ensuring that your company is profitable so that you can expand, maintain and develop your network to provide millions of customers like me with a reliable, affordable mobile phone and internet service so that I can use with the gadgets that I love to have.

I have been with Optus for nearly 20 years in total and have always had my needs met.

The comments before this one prompted me to submit my opinion too.

Haters and complainers will always hate and complain regardless. Get a life

Hey guys.. Might be wrong but I was told that you receive these calls so they can determine which part of the day you generally answer your phone.. Sucks!! Stalkers!!

I missed three calls from this number, one call every two hours. I returned the call and was asked to call Optus Pay on 1300 309 309. I had been in an arrangement with Optus to have my outstanding bill paid by today - which i paid in time. I have just received a text message on my mobile phone from Optus_Care saying that my account was overdue and that my mobile was going to be suspended on this Monday (10th June). I have been in contact with Optus now and they say everything is fine and my phone won't be disrupted. Let's see what happens on Monday.

Optus pay. I have a direct debit in place - it's not due until the end of the month. Bizarre phone call on a Saturday evening. Most annoying.

Optus called me 47 times in 8 hours even though my account was paid 3 days before it was due. Luckily my contract just expirwd and I could give them the flick!!

Optus the more you call me and annoy me.. the less likely i am to pick up the phone. DONT CALL ME 30 TIMES WHEN IM AT WORK!!!!
Too bad i just renewed my contract because if this had happened before... i wouldnt be with you right now.

Just pay your bill and ignore the calls ... as they will keep ringing until the money is in, no point in saying I will pay today as I don't think they enter that in their payment system.
