They just called me... knew what my health cover was and my daye of birth. Wanting me to get life cover with them !!!

Same experience. I have checked over 15 different numbers received from March 2015 to date and all seem to be a scam or telemarketing. After everyone's comments I have come to a conclusion that there is a some scam circling around which is caused by our mobile numbers sold to all. Be careful of identity theft. We need to be very wary of unknown numbers - if no messages left - not important - delete asap, do not call it back from the same device. I think I need to access 2 devices - one for personal only and the other for business, competition etc.

I have received a few phonecalls from them and they hang up as soon as I picked it up

They called me too. If I want a life insurance - I'll get one. Very disrespectful to be calling people like this out of the blue.

Received a call yesterday from this number.. Lady on the other end knew my name and just started to go on bla bla bla.. Just told them bad time to call and she said sorry sir we will call you later? I said NO YOU WONT!! and blocked the number.. Lets see if they call back?

I called back number (02) 8076 2036 reached IVR of company called clear view, was put on a hold music then call got disconnected

(02) 8076 2036 - called and reached Clearview. Was put on hold for a consultant to take the call. I was placed on hold for about a minute and got Mary on the phone who said i reached Clearview Buta Financial Services. They deal life insurances and based in Sydney. Asked to be taken off their list.
