Called no message left

Voicemail message with American accent, (automated?), saying there is outstanding legal action pending. It went on to threaten that if the message was ignored, further action including a "grand jury and a Federal warrant for arrest", would follow.
As we do not have Grand Juries in Australia, I blocked the number.
