Held on long enough on landline to go through to my mobile but then cut out before message prompt.

Caller: Scam Charity call centre Scam charity caller behavior. Had Filipino accent. Claims to be calling on behalf of charity of "Your Community". Would not identify call centre, Took a lot of questions to even identify them selves as a call centre. Hung up when I asked for identification.
