Caller: Capital Centre

They aggressively call from several numbers, when I try to call back a missed call it says disconnected. When they get through they ask for my name (positively ID'd) and telephone number, and say they're calling from Capital Centre and that they're responded to my enquiry. Usually a Philippinno accent or Indian Accent. I asked how they got my contact details and they repeat the line "You made an enquiry, directly to us or through one of our partners, we are about Capital Markets. Are you interested in our financial products". I ask for their website and then they hang up.
