Rang and hung up after breathing into phone

Called today at 1:30pm. Jotted down the number and looked it up on here. So glad I didn't answer.

How do I get these bs calls to stop. I have complained numerous times, I have been 'taken of the list' at least 6 times - now the number they tell you to call 1300 285 213 has been disconnected.

The fifth time they have call me today. Didn't pick any of them

Kids wish, but they hang up once I answer phone. I rang them back and told them where to get off

same as all of the above

Called my mobile 28/12/13 and 2/1/14 - hung up when it went to voicemail.

Called - as soon as I answered they hung up - from the previous comments I would say they are hoping an elderly person answers who they can work their scam on.

They hung up when I answered. Bit sus!

Said they were collecting for Kids Wish Foundation

I'm getting calls from this number 2 times a day with no messages ,
so much for the " do not call register "

They have called twice and don't leave a message

This number has called me repeatedly and there is never any response on the other end of the line. Usually they hang up straight away or I get static. If it goes through to my answering machine there is never any message left.

Looks like we have been scammed from this number. We took a call from someone claiming to be from a childrens' charity. Unfortunately handed over credit card details and now have needed to cancel card due to unauthorised transactions. Have lodged a report with the ACCC ScamWatch (scamwatch.gov.au).

This number rings at night but luckily we know the number and don't answer it. Don't mind giving to charities but they're like a mouse plague.

Phoned at 5:55pm, 11 Sept 2013. Rang six times. Hung up as soon as I answered.

They call saying they are collecting for NSW Fire Fighters, other times they just hang up..... I now have their number in my phone under the name of "do not answer"

This phone number rings and is silent, I keep the line open until it hangs up after 1 minute.

Totally feedup with these types of calls. Purchased a Uniden phone so I can now block the numbers, highly recommend it. Unfortunately of course it does not stop those pests that use a private listing!!!
