They ring two or three times a day and have been for a couple of weeks now. They never leave a message. Soooooo annoying..

stupid people ring me all the time!!! I rang the number back today and its automated saying they tried calling me and its some lion adoption program / charity

Telcos including ours can stop these calls . If they do this they lose income from callbacks.

Call every day but as soon as a reply is not immediate I hang up.

Ring around the same time of day about once a week. I don't know this number and they never leave a message...I have caller ID and caller blocking on my Panasonic cordless phone so they are now added to my ever growing "blocked" list.

Ring and Hang up and use your line.

They are a debt collection agency based in QLD. They call landlines who are registered to people with same or similar names to their "target". I have actually spoken to one of the callers who also call from mobile numbers. I told them that I had only had this line for 2 yrs and was happy to provide other info if they gave me a direct line to call. They said they would try to sort it with the supervisor and stop calls. ....Never happened and they still call, I don't answer.

Have had them call 3 or 4 times a day for the past 10 weeks. I don't answer but if my partner does they hang up on him.

They have called me every day for the last three weeks, always around 10am. I have not answered it once, getting tired of these calls though

They call almost every day but never leave a message. Today, when I called the number back from a different phone, prefixing with 1831, I got the message... " We recently called your number......." BULS**T!!!!
They do not know the number, but obviously get a lot of "return calls".
Just free advertising, at the caller's expense, cos you listen to the message. I am on the NCR.

Same number left on my phone, I get plenty of calls like this but a lot less since I got on the (do not call register) and if they do call get as much info as you can about the callers company and report them to the DNCR, I have informed some tele marketers that Im on the DNCR and they cant hang up quick enough, but it would be best if more people reported them as they will be fined fairly big dollars if they are caught out, they are getting more sneaky about giving out information of who they are so make it sound like your interested in their products then ask them about who they are and write down their information (time of call,who they are,and a return phone number if you can get it), then go to DO NOT CALL REGISTER and fill in the details about the caller, I do this and the DNCR will give you a reply by email or even call you and ask for more details. MAKE SURE YOU REGISTER YOUR PHONE NUMBER WITH THE DNCR IT TAKES ABOUT A MONTH TO BECOME ACTIVE. TELL YOUR FRIENDS TO DO THE SAME !!! ( DONT GET MAD GET EVEN). CHEERS

They ring me every bloody day without fail!!!! I just look at number and ignore now.

Rings everyday at various times I do not answer as I recognise number. I do not know who it is, so if you happen to read this stop ringing people they do not want to talk to you or be hung up on.

This number has rung several times in the past month - two rings and it cuts out - no idea who it is
