Annoying person keeps trying to talk my elderly grandmother into government subsidised solar panels, which seems legit, only problem is the call is from NSW, we live in VIC and they want the payment, which apparently gets "reimbursed" to be paid over the phone or online. They are relentless and unless you threaten to report the number, they will continue to call.
