A representative from CitiBank about my credit card application

I called back number (02) 8027 2490 reached IVR for a company called Citibank.

i called back number (02) 8027 2490 reached IVR for a company called Card Services.

Citibank being pains.

I called back number (02) 8027 2490 spoke to a woman who said company name is Card Services.

I called back number (02) 8027 2490 reached IVR for a company called (02) 8027 2490.

I called back number (02) 8027 2490 reached IVR for a company called Card Services.

I called back number (02) 8027 2490 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.

Will call workplaces looking for people even though they should be calling personal mobiles.

I have a Suncorp metway credit card and had a missed call from Citibank card services. It's all legit

Have had a number of calls , every time I go to answer they hang up. Tried ringing back but it seems to not ring! I did have an application in with Citibank so unsure whether it is legit or not.

These people claim to be from Citibank/ Virgin money in relation to my recent application (which i havent made). When i state i havent made an application, they say its for a reference for one of my staff.

On giving them the reference number they left on my voicemail, they then admitted the application wasnt mine and had nothing to do with me.
I was assured a note would be put on file, and no further calls made.

Since then they have called me up to 5 times a day. Without a reference number that i didnt record, they claim to have no way to track the application down to verify this.
Also without the selected reference number, i cannot put in a complaint.

I have now started blocking them!

All foreigners that can barely speak english.
