This is a ruthless rude debt collection company. So far in last few months I have identified upto about 15 landline ph numbers the company is ACM group

A strange man called me fromm this number and demanded to know who I was and wanted to know if I was Candice. I am not Candice, I am George. He sounded like he worked in a call centre as there were lots of people calling on phones in the background. He wouldn't say why he was calling.
Maybe he is a stalker? Maybe he works for a company selling antivirus scamware (and a stalker)?
Either way I would just block all numbers starting with 028020xxxx

Call went to message bank a message was left saying "Grant contact ACM" not sure who Grant is. ThinkIt's a debt collector with the wrong number.
