I had the exact same problem. Have to use my mobile for work and my phone was ringing from his number up to 8 times a day. I asked to be taken off the list due to the fact I had insurance and I have blocked them, but it's harassment

calls from (02) 9119 2978 about unknown account threatening legal action has any one else had these calls

Was receiving up to ten of these nuisance calls a day from different numbers, starting to get very annoyed until I read the comment from "Mark July 23 2016". Took the advice and purchased the phone from Telstra, now haven't had a nuisance calls in a week. I have blocked over 40 numbers.

It's time to attack these spammers from a different angle.
Each phone number has to be "sold" by a wholesaler to a voip provider. We should start complaining to the wholesaler who own these numbers and advise them they are selling to spammers.

I have been receiving too many calls from (02) 8015 2270. How can we report it instead of blocking only?

If anyone has a Samsung you can put this number on the reject call list as well as blocking it from this app. Then you won't receive a call, it will go straight through to msg bank. If you continue to get calls from this number, contact your telco company and ask them to block it as a nuisance caller or a spammer.

This number is a just waste of my time and ring me all hours and late at night and also no one there when I do answer

(02) 8015 2270 are well know to the Police (so I was told), but know one is doing anything to help!!. What we should do, is to find the Address of those M......F.......rs, and give them a good lesson!!!.

Blocked them already but somehow they are managing to get around it... Been calling several times a day for months, never leave a message, have once again blocked them hopefully they will stay blocked this time..... Not sure whether to mark it as spam or telemarketing but its both... funeral insurance, who wont give up til they get a sale...

Why waste peoples time by calling and then hanging up? It got through the app block now I have to phone block the idiots.

Just pick up the phone and put it down make sure they can hear background noise or put it on speakerphone and ignore them it makes them angry and they stop calling.
