A friend on mine had a similar call. Luckily she was not convinced, took their details and asked about it.

This is in the UK, it seems that alot of the calls above are to Australia, however they are trying to Scam the UK too.

They are from a person called Sebastian Parker. He claims to be with Sun System Recure and says you have way to many computer viruses. It's A BIG SCAM. Don't give them any money. They are nothing to do with windows. And he just keeps ringing. You could put your mum's phone on a do not call register for telemarketers.

Looks like they are on the move still.  I was doing some research on them after I got a call from them.  I asked for a number and they gave me this: (02) 9037 2483

this people are trying to mislead srecure. they do it out of jealousy. shame on them

no one from Microsoft will ever call you eventually they will tell you that your antivirus is incompatible with your OS which if it was it wouldn't install

no i dont feel so about system recure... they are like angels... they are doing good work and may god bless them for doing that.... i had many problems on my pc about which they took special actions and now my pc is running fine..... please dont post obscene comments about anyone like this....
