has anybody been rung up by this number,rings when answered nothing said then hangs up this has happened 3 times today getting very annoying

i live in Aus, VIC, i think it could be someone using a calling card and someone from overseas trying to ring?

yes, i been receiving calls from the same number recently. i don't pick up calls unless i know the number so i never pick up from this number. but this person keeps trying but have never left a message.
