Caller: Alex Wilson gave me an ID number of AW12525 and the phone number listed. Asked me to use a mobile number to call them while they stayed on the line. Told them to hang up and I'd call back. Rang Telstra instead who said there's no record of a call having been made by them or the NBN on our account
