Called and hung up after a few seconds (before I could answer). Left a voicemail with an electronic voice saying something about giftcards from ebay and a refund. Absolutely a scam.

Claiming to be eBay and like previous callers saying I was charged for a 200 purchase on a coles gift card and ask me to connect on their server. When I challenged that he is not scammer he said so enjoy the charge

Caller: Raj from eBay customer service

Absolute scam. Avoid this number. Knowing very well where eBay office is based, I asked Raj where he was located. He mentioned "behind Sydney Aquarium" to which I asked for an address. He quickly hung up the phone.

Scammers ! Saying they're from Ebay and trying to verify a $200 gift card purchase that was never made - I asked how I could tell they were from Ebay and they hung up on me - BEWARE !
