scam saying taxation department is lodging a lawsuit against you

Caller: ATO

It was a recorded message that there was a lawsuit under my name and that I needed to call back. I called back and the like was busy. I suspect this is a scam.

Caller: ATO Australian Tax Office

They called my friend at 10:45pm on a Monday night and told her that she will be under arrest for a tax evation... Head up its a Scam guys. Hope this helps. 03/12/2018

Assume it is a scam as it was a recorded message allegedly from the Tax Office. I hung up then.

Caller: Audit Department of ATO

Asked to get back to them immediately as there were lawsuit cases filed under my name and if they didn't hear from me, they would issue an arrest warrant under my name. Second over the phone scam this month!

Recorded message. A scam. Ignore it.

I had a message to call back or be arrested. Without doubt a scam
