Total scam. Complained that I could not understand him clearly because of his Indian accent, so got passed to Steve, and then Brendan, and then another one - all with English names and Indian accents. The gist of it is they get you to open the Windows Event Viewer. This shows all the logs with glitches and he says this shows my computer has a proble. Told him my computer runs just fine, and that EVERY Windows computer in the world has hundreds, often thousands of error messages in these logs. That is normal. I wasn't busy so I listened to them for a while. I think there is a pay off for them eithewr in selling software to you to fix things, or they install something malicious on your computer. Then I had to go so I said good-bye. Probably best to hangup right at the start.
