Claiming to be from Australian tax office, admitted after a while that it was a scam

Apparently me and my family had some lawsuit thing which they said I need to call some number to get it fixed

I rang once and got disconnected

ATO scammers. They are abusive when called out.

Missed call. Googled it. Called them. Foreign call centre claiming to be Australian Taxation Office. They got very abusive when I called them out.

Caller: recorded message claiming i was being investigated for tax fraud

Believe this is a scam as he asked for my personal details and when i refused he hung up.

Same. Scumbags. I hope they die slow painful deaths.

Missed call. Googled. Saw it was a scam. Called them and when I told them this scam has been reported the guy asked if I'd like to suck his !"£$. Scumbags.

These pricks told me I owe 4K to the government for tax fraud and there’s a bench warrant in my name . Scammers

I received a recorded message stating there was a law suit against myself and my family and that I need to call this number. It's a scam alright.

Someone called my mum from this number twice. When she came back they answered Australian taxation office. My mum said i got a missed call from you. The person asked my mum get name then hung up. Definitely a scam. We've blocked that number.

It was a robot automated call claiming tax fraud and being under investigation LOL
