I got call from a guy by the name of Adam saying he was from Microsoft Support and he told me that i had serve problems with my computer and major virus in it which i did believe as it was running really slow and i had been warned about a problem from my friends of FB about a virus that was going around and not to open it but i had already done it so i listened to him and another lady about the virus protection which i had herd about AVG before they conviced me and i let payed $330.00 and let them take control over 2 of my computers and they are calling me back to take over the other 3 computers tonight as the other laptops were not here, my son has come home this morning and told me i have been scamed and showed me how they have done it we have even typed there phone number in and it doesn't exist i have already paid them through paypal and they have my passwords on two computers i am such an idiot what do i do know, i have left a voice message on there number but it just rings and says they are not available right now probably because they are in a different country as i am in Australia but he said he would ring back or for me to call back at around 4.30pm today for the other 3 laptops.
As above, I received a call from this number claiming to be support. It seemed to be coming from India or a similar foreign English speaking country
This number was given to me by someone claiming to be "Microsoft Support". We were supposed to ring back to agree to pay for software support. I think this is a scam.
