Scam call, automatic message saying they were from Aust Govt and I owed money.

Did not answer, straight googled to come here. Thanks for the info

Another call claiming to be from the legal department of the Australian tax office, and that criminal charges were pending because I owed money.

But wait, if you press 1, you can get in touch with an agent who will tell you how to magically make these charges go away.

I didn't answer and then after I called and its a scam, they say they are from taxation and I owe money from them..

Claim that I am under criminal investigation for tax fraud

Immediately hung up when I reach this part

Scam call, saying I owed money and criminal proceedings were being brought against me for tax evasion and fraud. they asked my name and tax file number, and Pin number and when i said you should know that as you called me. they hung up

Where can we report this fraud call

I almost fell for them impersonating officers from the ATO, until after 15 minutes they told me to download an app... After I asked them why I needed to and then the fed up 'officers' said f*** you and told me I was a bi***** .

They claim to be the Australian Tax Office (ATO).

As soon as I goofed with them by saying things like "Hey how are you today" and laughing, they hanged up XD
