I didn't answer it was showing as possible Scam on my incoming call notification.
****I think they are using Gumtree for telephone numbers as it seems as though I get a call after reposting ads.****
I may answer next time and play the joke around with them next time. Be worth it - would brighten my day no end.

After a short pause (my first warning) as call connected, asked for me by name, would not respond when i asked what is this in regards to?

Claiming to be representing an insurance company dealing with a car accident and state that my number had been associated with an accident in the past two years. Informed them I did not know who they were and to never ring my number again.
Once he hung up I blocked his number.

Don't usually answer these unknown numbers but I was curious. Some random calls me and says someone referred my name to them and said a member of my family had been involved in an accident in the last three years, and asked is that right. So I asked who, and he just kept asking if that was right. So I asked him who he was, which member of my family he was talking about, what kind of accident ... no answers, just got self righteous and offended that I was questioning him. Needless to say my patience ran out very quickly and with a few choice words, I hung up.

Has called but doesn't leave a message. Has been blocked.

I have gotten a few from these scammers. I kept asking where are you from as the voice was muffled.. After running the script.... I responded do you know that one day you will leave this Earth and meet your maker? Explain to him the lives you hurt. Now get lost scammer. There was a pause I think not expecting such a response then hung up. Try the spiritual response at least it will have them questioning Karma.. Anonymous...

Caller said he was calling about a car accident if been in in the past 2 years. I told himI have never been in an accident and he insisted I had - I hung up on him. Don’t give them any of your details.

Scammer. Could barely understand him. Wouldn't tell me where he got my name from, kept saying it was their "service department", eventually he hung up without warning. Pity. Was going to try to waste more of his time. Next time I'll do better. Called back, number is disconnected - not surprisingly, it's a fake caller ID.

Persistent scammers, call up to 5 times a day!

Caller stated I had been in an accident which was not my fault.
I asked him for his name, who told him this and when was the accident.
I asked for his number so I could call him back - he hung up.

I don’t answer. When I call back, the number cannot be connected.

A lady calling saying i had been in accident (not my fault) in the past two years. I was like Dude I dont drive so not me! then she said oh maybe someone in your family? Im like nah im an orphan so dont have family. then she politely said oh well then have a nice day and hung up. Bunch of idiots
