yep, same - bought a domain off godaddy, got a hangup call from them Registered a domain with crazy domains and these jerks keep calling me An unsolicited marketing call after I bought a domain through Network Solutions, in the U.S.. In fact, after I bought that domain, I have been flooded with many calls from people wanting to sell me web marketing, search engine optimisation, website design, etc, which is exactly what this caller wanted to do. purchased a domain from netregistry, my details were published online as a domain owner, then they started calling. Just blocked them. So pleased for this website as I don't want to block a call from a genuine business contact. These idiots keep calling me for the last 3 months and not even mentioning which company they are from.
Accenza.com is a company is trying you tricked into a better page rank for your website, digital marketing etc. You really DON'T need them as a small starting business or private website owner. Guess what the middle and big companies do?.....They hire their own staff :)
Use your brains and just use Google Webmasters Tools. This will kick start of your website page ranking straight in the right direction, since Google is helping you already to get the best ranking out of it and they will getting better search results when people are trying to find you.
Domain name scalpers Telemarketing for Indian website developers - I've received dozens of calls from these people in the last few months. Yep, spam from domain lookups. Left an abusive voice message and they stopped calling me. hanged up after i picked up. Domain name spammers.
Bought a domain through Godaddy. Immediately bombarded with endless calls/emails/texts soliciting web services. Godaddy sold my info...how do I know.....because the spammers are using the name I use with Godaddy not the name listed on the WHOIS database. Thanks a lot Godaddy, I'll remember that.
Warning: Scammers. Block number. These guys are spammers.
Do you want web design services. No ... f*** off. I will build my own websites thanks - remove me from your list.
I don't even be polite anymore -I found being polite they would then try again.
Within a few weeks they back off ... thankfully!
So we have to pay to keep our details private after we have paid for a service! Pathetic! Just FYI, they're not selling your data. When you register a domain name, your contact details are publicly available via WHOIS. Marketing call from web designers wanting to build a website on a domain name I had purchased in the last few days. I've had these before and asked my domain registrars about it. They state that unless you pay extra to have your details kept private that by default all your contact details are available on the 'WhoIs' directory for anyone to see and to contact you. Not the registrars fault, it's just your own choice whether to pay to have your details kept private or not. Annoyed me after purchasing from Godaddy. Scum of the earth wix sold my number so these c*nts call constantly I didn't buy a domain name. Just started receiving calls on my landline from the cretins & been going on for about three weeks. I'm also on the "do not call register"
How do I stop them?
I bought a domain from ventraip. mofos selling my data.
