Possible spam!

Urgh. Another one not leaving a message.

Caller: SPAM

This number is spam, pretending to be Amazon regarding a non-existent order!!

Caller: CLAIMING TO BE AMAZON

Caller: "Amazon"

Call came from this number, claiming to be from Amazon. Another of those calls claiming that I had ordered something and there was a problem with the order.

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY DETAILS!!!! THIS IS A SCAM!!!

Caller: Claimed to be Telstra

Received call from this number by woman claiming to be from Telstra. Claimed there had been a large volume of illegal activity connected to my internet service. Instructed me to open google to type an IP address in.

At this point alarm bells started to go off. Asked woman to prove she was Telstra, at which point she became very aggressive and taking over the top of me. Kept demanding I go to google type in IP address.

Told woman to send the details to my email as Telstra has my email, again she was very agressive. Told her this was a scam call, I would be reporting to Telstra and bung up

Answered, silence on the other end for 3-4 seconds, then disconnected.

hung up no msg

returned call and phone is switched off
