Caller: Indian Claims he is from CBA... my family member Mr Smith in USA the transfer of $499 was blocked. Oh dear. Well we worked through this issue for about 20 minutes including a long discussion about the $625 I thought I did send and is this the AUD-USD exchange rate that is causing the problem??? Helpfully he was guiding my though setting up the CBA app on my iphone... hahahah then he realised I was a just time waster so he hung up. Pity really as I was about to get into a conversation of how cute his voice sounded.
