Answered, caller was incoherent. Numerous voices in the background - like a call centre. Most probably telemarketers or scammers.

I didnt answer. Assumed a spam call and by the looks of the other comments, I'm right.

If a number isn't in my Directory or not expecting from a specific business I don't speak when answer button is pressed. I just listen, If a person knows me they will say my name properly, then I may reply. Otherwise I just listen & say nothing ... it creates a teasing mystery for them.
In this case a female kept repeating Hello, then mumbled something and hung up.

I didn't answer but when I called back it was PRIME TELECOM looking at selling me a new mobile phone plan.

Didn't answer. No message. Probably scam.
