I Just got the same sms. I don't have a St George account either! The St. George Facebook page instructions are "forward the SMS to us on 0457 114 629 for investigation, then delete the message."

Same thing just happened to me and I don't have an account with St George either! I forwarded a screen cap of the message to that number.

Received a txt from 'St George' with a dodgy looking attachment "Your St.George account has been suspended. Click here for re-verify your data:" This was the underlying number. I don't have a St George account!
