Caller: scam telstra something, keeps on happening, got my number on a new phone somehow, happened with my old one too

Claimed my phone numbers would be disconnected in two hours. Spoke both in English and Chinese. Somehow I was prevented from hanging up so I just shut my phone down to get rid of it
