I let the call go to voicemail. It said 'notification from the immigration bureau' then a recorded voice spoke in 'Chinese'

Caller: I don’t know, scam (02) 7257 5500 - this number called me to say my phone will be out of service today but wasn’t my provider - also said press 2 for Chinese, so I took it as a scam and blocked them.
