Said he was from EBay wanted to refund money.

BS message about a "purchase order of $299" to be "deducted from your account."
Fishing for a call back.

A garbled voice to text message saying money would be debited from my account unless I followed the prompts. Presume it is yet another scam and have blocked the number.

Said $9.99 and the same will be debited from your account automatically. If you want to cancel this then press one. Your claim for refunding.

Voicemail advising $299 will be debited from my account for a purchase I never made. Automated opinions to confirm etc. Blocked & deleted it’s another scam.
