I missed called but 19 sec voicemail msg left. I searched first to see if this number had already been reported. Nothing identified so I listened to msg. Recorded message 'from PayPal' saying $299 charge about to be made. Press 1 or 2 to cancel or proceed. Scam call so I might be 1st person to report as nothing was flagged prior.
