I didn’t answer it as I didn’t recognise the number

I get 8 calls a day from (02) numbers and generally refuse them, but every time I have tried to answer there is silence and the call disconnects

Ii have unlisted number. I did not answer. Called back answer machine didn't listen to full message. Said charity

Empty call. Blocked.

Unknown caller. Did not pick up. No message. An hour earlier on the next night the same thing from (02) 7251 8967 - probably the same scammers.

recorded message when you call it back. claims it's calling for charity fundraising and gives you a press one option to opt out of it's calling list. it keeps calling a business number so I opt out every time and yet it still rings! same time every day.

my phone flagged the call as spam ...so I blocked the number

Just hung up when answering machine told them to leave a message.
