Automated message saying my mobile phone service will be cease as of today - SPAM call

Said they are from the Immigration Department about an unpaid account. Gave an option for English or Chinese and then proceeded to speak in Chinese without my doing anything. I was about to disconnect and they hung up

Told me my number would be disconnected, then gave an option for Chinese. I paid my phone plan so… most likely another scam.
