Within seconds of bumping our Gumtree ad this number rang. I hung up after he started the usual "Am I speaking to the business owner?" pitch, and blocked the number. SUCH a waste of people's lives answering these calls. SICK OF IT!

These little maggots ringing from a syd number are actually from Laos Ventiane (some 5th world country in mid east asia). Their direct number is +85619482674 - Am having fun returning the favour ….. Simple - Don't "F" with Aussies via the phone as Karma is good and will bite you in the ass

After posting my ad on Gumtree, they called me and tried to say they could promote my business for $300 for 3 months. Telemarketer said their company was called "Online Technology". He put his manager on the line to convince me to put their service. SCAM JOB.

Same story as everyone else - within minutes of Gumtree ad. Rang 3 times in a row gave them a mouthful on the third ring then blocked them.

I knew it was dodgy but I did get the code in my email which is a password reset code, he was trying to steal my identity.
