I rang back the number (02) 7201 8761, spoke with someone who hung up right away

2 calls didn’t answer either then blocked the number

I check every number these days n immediately block them

I hav blocked over 26 calls this past month

Energy provider telemarketer

Got a call from this number, left a few seconds (approximately 3) and then said "hello" by this stage, the call had ended. From experience, if the State Code is used 02/03/08 etc, the rest of the number is not standard and should be a red flag immediately however, 3 seconds is the length of time that if there is no voice the phone hangs up.

Two missed calls today from this number. Comes up on my phone as "suspected Fraud" Though I sometimes get this message when called by charities.

Was an energy provider comparison company. Told them I wasn’t interested and to remove me from the call list. the guy hung up on me.

Second call from this number in the past week, and if it was that important they should leave a detailed message.

Said it was a survey and it would only take 30 seconds. I heard first question then hanged up.

Picked up the phone call, an Indian guy got my name correct, and then hang up. I didn’t bother to call back, obviously fraud

My wife just received a call from this number. They told her that I had made an enquiry yesterday about solar panels and that I asked them to call her because I was busy and they knew my first name and the address we lived in around 7 years ago. She organised a time for someone to come out tomorrow night. I absolutely didn't contact anyone about solar panels and when I tried ringing them it wouldn't ring or connect.

Pre-recorded message claiming to be Service NSW and saying my TFN is being suspended due to suspicious activity

Scammer pretending to be from "The Dept. of Service Australia". No such department. Wants your tax details.

Got a call from this number saying it was the legal department from service nsw saying my account would be frozen and i will be arrested, then press 1 to hear my charges. Call woke me up so i pressed one not thinking then put me through to an Indian man who asked for all my details, obviously hung up after that.

Someone with limited English from a call centre. Couldn't understand her so hung up.
