Caller: Pretending to be ATO Starts with a poor quality computer generated message saying my tax file number had been used for fraudulent activity. Press 1 to speak to an agent. Could tell it was a scam so pressed 1 to see what rubbish they would spout. Agent asks how he can help. I reply that they called me so he should know. He asks for my name. I reply that they called me so he should know. Click. Waste as much of these bastard's time as you can but don't be sucked in.
