Caller: Nicole from Telstra

Slightly different message from lovely Nicole saying will be losing phone and internet IMMEDIATELY unless press 1. How could I not comply? Pressing 1 got me straight on to Nicole's little sister Daphne who was most helpful explaining how I needed to "log on to my computer" to fix the "serious problem." She then hung up on me, but that might have been because I asked her how would that help as I was already on internet and not with Telstra!!
