Posted on July 17, 2019 Caller type: Scam call Location: Australia
Caller: Fake ATO Scam Robocall, robotic voice. Warnings included imprisonment, arrest, and the classic "this is your last chance" etc. Then it was "press 1 to continue". So I pressed 1 knowing full well what was going on. When greeted with the Manilla Press Secretary who could barely speak english I replied "you are a bunch of dirty scammers". Her response: "yes we are".
