Caller: Said they were from the Tax Office Seems dodgy. I received a call from this number and when I answered, there was a recording with the voice of a man with a thick British accent telling me I am in breech of Australia Taxation Laws and there was a prompt for me to rectify the issue. I don't believe I have any problems with the tax office and didn't follow the prompt but hung up instead. When I called the number back to see if it's legitimate, there was a recording telling me that the call was not connected.
