Received automated call from this number that lead me to another centre where I spoke to a person called Officer Wayne J Morrison? ATO Investigations????

Caller: ATO Investigations Sounded dodgy saying I owe the ATO money and am being charged for Fraud and Ta Evasion and they are going to contact my employer to garnish my wages.
