Caller: Scammers (NBN SCM) who have obviously hacked these innocent peoples phone number

I have caller id and this phone number came up when it was actually from a scam call (the old NBN scam that has been dong the rounds for a few years now). This phone number has obviously been hacked by the scammers, I rang the number back but the legitimate people who own the phone number didn't believe me so I have reported it to Scam Watch because I don't know what else to do about it. NBN will never ring you like these scammers do! Beware!
