Said she was from telstra, had an accent, I asked why she was lying about being from telstra technical department.She then told me to 'Shutup'

Caller: Scammer? Claimed he was Simon from Telstra calling me about my internet. He took about 8 seconds to say anything when I answered and sounded very unprofessional before hanging up.Had to be a scammer.

called, i answered but did not say anything. They hung up after 10 seconds and not saying anything. Called back and number is disconnected?

Yup. A scammer. Wanted me to log on to a website to check "suspicious activity".
Heavy accent & hard to understand. I asked for his Telstra ID number - he had no idea.
Low quality scam.
