I had an order delivered yesterday at approximately 7pm to Monica Watson at Bangula Retirement Village at Old Bar the order cost was $60, today the flowers are all dead. As they were for Mothers Day to a 93 year old lady she is very upset.
I have tried to contact by phone but have been on hold for over an hour, I’m sure if I was placing an order this would not be the case. I would like a fresh bunch of flowers delivered to my mother that will last at least 5 days as they should.
