Caller: Visa and MasterCard Fraud Centre Suggested I had 2 unauthorised payments on my credit card. Press 2 to not process. Indian/Asian woman heard my story and hung up/dial tone?

Caller: Visa and MasterCard Fraud Department Recorded message said we have 2 charges from eBay on your card. If you do not approve these please press 2. Indian/Asian woman said Visa and MasterCard Fraud Dept, gown may u help you? I told her I had received a call saying a recorded message on my phone said 2 charges were on my phone about suspicious charges via eBay. As soon as I said that the was a hang up and dial tone?
