'Nicole' from National broadband network saying that they have been trying urgently to contact to no avail. Stating that internet and phone service will be disconnected within 24 hours if nothing was done straight away. "push 1 and you will be connected to a technician to rectify the problem".
fact: NBN are a wholesale company. they do not supply to the domestic market. You MUST contact a service provider (Telstra, optus etc) to organize your own NBN.
