ATO Scam regarding problem with my tax file number & arrest warrant to issue. Just hang up & block sender. Have had these calls where there is NO Caller ID, again a problem with my tax file number. Again just hang up. I am a Registered Tax Agent and these calls are just CRAP!
If you get a call, just hang up and call your Accountant/Tax Agent directly and ask them for information about why some one wants your tax file number. Your Tax Agent will tell you it is a scam.
