Called but when I picked up I could hear a lot of noise like a call centre. There was also a long delay when no one spoke so I've just hung up. I assume it is either someone trying to sell me something (when I'm on the Do not call register) or a scam/spam.

Mobile showed "Suspected Spam" so I didn't answer. Didn't leave a message so clearly, another unwanted and unwelcome spam caller.
