Received a call from this number with a recorded message saying: "This is a final warning from the ATO. There are outstanding debts in your name that needed to be finalised or you could be in danger of receiving fines and possible prosecution. If you wish to be connected to the ATO, press 1......" I have no doubt this is a phishing scam! There is no way that I could have unresolved debts with the Australian Tax Office, and their first contact with me about it being a pre-recorded message threatening me with fines and prosecution! BEWARE!!

I have no doubt this is a phishing scam! There is no way that I could have unresolved debts with the Australian Tax Office, and their first contact with me about it being a pre-recorded message threatening me with fines and prosecution! BEWARE!!
