Foreign male claiming to be from Telstra said they had noticed unusual activity from our IP address that could mean someone was trying to access our computer and that he was there to solve the problem. When I terminated the call he phoned back straight away wanting to know why I had done that. Told him that I thought it was a scam call so to "prove it was a legitimate call from Telstra" he said his name was Mark, his employee ID number was TLS907325 and the phone number to contact was 1800 365 244.
Have phoned Telstra and confirmed that there was no call to our number made by Telstra and they have blocked calls to our number from Nigeria, India and Pakistan

Phone keeps ringing from this number blank at the other end no sound no dial tone nothing.

Noisy background, claimed to be able to block unwanted calls to my phone from telemarketing etc. I don't receive calls from telemarketing as I'm on the "Do Not Call" register so knew straight away that this is a scam. Got cut off (?) or would have given him an earful.

Asked how many devices we had....told them none of their business......then mentioned B***S**T so they immediately replied "Idiot". Eventually tried to say they were from Telstra......

Male caller with Indian? accent told me he was from Telstra and needed to fix my internet problem. I hung up on him but have had several more calls from this number over the past 2 days.

3rd time they’ve called me today. Not a sound on the line and hangs up after 5-10 seconds. Says number isn’t connected if you call it back. Should be able to report or block a number from each telephone handset

Sick and tired of these nuisance callers!!!
