This is an ATO tax scam call. Just received a call from this number with a male British accent. It was a recorded message asking me to press buttons. It said my income tax was in arrears and that I would be arrested if I did not do anything about it. We called the number back and an older male answered the phone, with a gruff Australian accent. He said he did not know anything about a previous call.
